Rest & Resonate is a thoughtfully curated experience that weaves together simple ritual, gentle restorative yoga, and immersive sound healing to create space for deep relaxation and inner connection. Designed for all experience levels, this workshop invites you to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself through practices that support both physical and emotional well-being.
The evening begins with a grounding ritual using guided reflection and journaling to help cultivate clarity, intention, and a deeper connection to your own intuition.
From there, you'll settle into restorative yoga—supported by bolsters, blankets, and other props—allowing the body to soften, release tension, and shift from the stress response into a state of rest and healing.
As the body relaxes, you'll be immersed in a restorative sound healing experience. The vibrations and frequencies become an anchor for the mind, encouraging deep meditation while creating space to release emotional and energetic blocks that no longer serve you.
Whether you're seeking rest, healing, or simply a peaceful pause from the busyness of everyday life, this experience offers a gentle invitation to return to yourself.
Benefits may include:
Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
Improved flexibility and mobility
Reduced stress and mental fatigue
Better sleep and emotional balance
Increased self-awareness and clarity
A greater sense of peace, presence, and connection
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary—everyone is welcome.

Chaturanga Decoded with Jes
Chaturanga is one of the most practiced—and most misunderstood—postures in yoga. Whether you've been flowing for years or you're just getting comfortable on your mat, this workshop will help you build a stronger, safer, and more sustainable practice.
In this 90-minute hands-on workshop, Jes will break Chaturanga down step by step, exploring proper alignment, muscle engagement, common mistakes, and thoughtful modifications for every body. You'll learn how to develop strength without sacrificing your shoulders, wrists, or low back, and discover how props can support your progress along the way.
Together we'll explore:
Proper alignment from head to toe
Shoulder stability and core engagement
Building strength with intention
Using props and modifications effectively
How Chaturanga connects to the rest of your vinyasa practice
Whether your goal is to protect your joints, feel stronger in your flows, or finally understand what this pose is asking of your body, you'll leave with practical tools and greater confidence every time you step onto your mat.
Come curious. Leave empowered.
Less guessing. More understanding. More strength.

For some, it sounds like distortion, driving riffs, and a deep exhale.
This isn't your typical yoga class. Metal Yoga blends the grounding power of breath and movement with the energy of heavy music, creating a practice that's both invigorating and deeply restorative.
Expect powerful playlists, strong yet accessible movement, intentional breathwork, and opportunities to build strength, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
