Sthria
Sthira is a Sanskrit word meaning steady, stable, and grounded. A power practice invites you to slow down without losing the strength. Through purposeful movement, longer holds, and mindful alignment, we create space to explore each posture rather than rush through it.
Build strength, deepen your connection to breath, and discover what it means to remain steady even when the practice becomes challenging.

Nervous System Reset
Our nervous system is the body's communication network, influencing how we respond to stress, movement, and rest. Through guided meditation, body scanning, and very gentle movement, we bring awareness to physical sensations and areas of tension. This mindful practice encourages the body to shift out of its stress response and into a state of rest, helping us feel more grounded, calm, and connected.

Open practice
Open Practice is an unstructured hour for independent movement, meditation, and self-study. Rooted in Svadhyaya, the yogic practice of self-inquiry, this is a time for curiosity, play, or deeper exploration. Jes will be present to hold space, answer questions, and offer guidance when needed.
The Shala is open for movement and exploration, while the Sangha Room offers a quiet space for meditation and stillness.
