Jillian's classes offer a rich, well-rounded yoga experience that goes far beyond the physical postures. Rooted in the 8 Limbs of Yoga, her teaching brings a thoughtful, philosophical depth to each session, inviting students to explore yoga not just as movement, but as a way of living and being.
Jillian is passionate about making yoga accessible to everybody. Whether you are brand new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, her classes are thoughtfully designed with props and personalized support so that everyone can fully access the asana practice in a way that feels right for them. No experience is necessary, only a willingness to show up.
At the heart of Jillian's teaching is mindfulness. She guides students to turn inward, cultivating the art of listening to the breath, to the body, and to the present moment. This awareness becomes the foundation of the practice, transforming each class into a moving meditation.
